Between

Tears that I could cry
I would cry
But I don’t
At least I mean
That I cannot
Cry them in sadness
Heretofore
Because the love
That has consumed me
Is beyond what any
Sadness could appeal to
Tears of joy employing
Richness that
Drips like amber
From my eyes
Bees trapped in
Sunlight every drop a
Godlike miracle delight
That saturates our
Glistening cheeks
Viscous honey warm serene
Puddled pools of gold convene
Running along our shoulders
Down the length of
Our thought deep wraparound
Love swinging arms
Descending tungsten
Fueling light
Caressed by morning bright
Sidewalks as are our spines
Resembled stairways walking upward
Divinely sliding down
Saged in ceremonial
Crowns pointed with
Bells that ring resounding sing of
Birch white ritual dreams
Glowing through the
Citrine kingdom we
Are building
In between
You are my hive
You are my king
We are the quintessential
Possibility
