Can our magic still hold
In the space of us
Our magical unfold
Our blanket of light
Did our stars disharmonize
What is our mien
What can we be?
We have so many lives
Before us and so much
Yet to be seen
How much is resting in between?
Seeking our own level
Together as water frills
If the wand is empty
If our hat has no more rabbits
What could we be
What shore will we
End upon
What grief do we have left
To glean if we have
Anything if we have
Nothing if we have
Everything we
Could ever need
Thin is the horizon
What is our mien

Full

Pleasurable moments
Verbal sophistication
Death is an attempt
To communicate
Deeply damaging
Romanticized
Blue skin butterfly
Tattoo of you
Hammer blows
Perilous breakdowns
Magnetic hues
What it is to be alive
Suffuse the darkness
With a salient light
Surreal air surrounds
The breath of life
Heart holding
Lungs open deep
And wide full of wind
Full of love we are
Full of love you and I

By the Sea

What if I’m not amazing anymore
What if I need to do more?
If I do nothing and leave it alone
Would anyone notice at all?
What if I’m not special to anyone
What if I’m just like the rest
Is it so bad to be average
Am I resisting success?
What if life passes us by
Is it so bad in the end?
Is it a failure to sit by the sea
At most to enjoy with a friend
To fish and to dream
To relax and to breathe
Really deeply…
What if to be so amazing
Is to be resting with you
By the sea

Satellite

May I take you into my confidence?
I am a witness to so many moments
Man sweeps front porch blue broom
Have I failed you in some way
Like a serial offender over and over
Can you find forgiveness in the prowl
Hunting beneath the moon for
A romantic entanglement to
Heal the wound back and forth
Every upside down cloud floating
Upwards to the sound of our
Heartbeats wrapped in a turquoise sky
My eyes are flames and yours pooling
My hands are summer and yours winter
I keep you warm you keep me cool
An Old Norse carving in the wood
Of our hearts in the tree lines that
Report back to the earth grounded
In light suffocated by love the world
Returns back the echo of our love in one
Gigantic Doppler radar that is pulsating
In extraterrestrial dimensions

Sunflowers

All the girls turned out pretty
What happened to us?
Impart upon me your grace
Your beautiful face
Your smile that can
Take up fields for miles
Like endless sunflowers
As far as the eye can see
You radiate me and the
Earth trembles at your feet
Laughing for hours
Convinced to walk on
Glass and all the while
Still in contempt of what
The heart wants
Still in contempt
Of you

Wishful Thinking

Vœu pieux
Thinking of you
Accord and satisfaction
Inculcate my temptations
Tantalus of the sea
Send a rescuer to me
A boat with wood
Made to last
One hundred good
Ionian delight
Love and water
Day and night
Not far from land
Bishopric inland μπλε
Pulling inward trekking
Through and we are full
A land of plenty stillness blue
I’m here for you
Together we are
No different
Impossibility
Knows nothing
An empty room we are
Keeping it full
Our hearts expanding
Sunlit apricot on
Windowsill and you
Resting on me

Atomic Love

I haven’t woken up
In someone else’s bed
In quite awhile
Like it’s going out of style
Maybe a distraction
Like this is just what
We need to feel
Good about everything
That seems to be falling
Apart around us
Wake up somewhere
Random in the arms
Of some unknown
Some soon to be known
Something more exciting
Something other moment
Than the dull mishaps
The boring blunders
Everyday exoplanetary
Atmospheres volcanic
Eruptions causing mental
Destructions body-quakes
Noctilucent heart clouds
A night shining of
Atomic love

Regale

Regale us with your
Gorgeous tongue sweetly
Wagging out those sugary
Words spun to make the
Heart melt in an instant
Hands together we decide
When we make up our mind
We wake up our kindness
To hear what the heart said
And we are so much happier
Impossible love made possible
By the ability to see through
Everything that will stand
In our way we are light
We are darkness we are
Yin and Yang we are
Imparted by soul-hearted
Connection in every way

Eggs & Bacon

Never but not forever
Find a hotel write a note
Ring the bell and wait
For the moment to arrive
Coffee downstairs
Exchange of heirs and
A couple smiles
I wait awhile
Until you appear
A couple bucks for
Eggs and bacon
But I’d rather spend
The last of my dough
On you then sit around
Waiting for someone to arrive
I’ve got awhile
I booked a room
Upstairs enough for two
